"change starts with me"

To be a community where demonstrating and reinforcing honorable character matters and is modeled by individuals, families, neighborhoods and organizations.

To establish and maintain an alliance among representatives of our communities who are involved in character development initiatives.
To foster a common language of character, so that everyday displays of character development traits may be recognized, discussed and supported across community boundaries.

To encourage, facilitate, and coordinate the adoption of community-based character development initiatives in all sectors of our community.
To build a network for sharing information and ideas regarding character programs, concepts and implementation with organizations county wide.

"What does it take to become an ICT student"

The potential of each technology varies according to how it is used. ICTs stand for information and communication technologies and are defined, for the purposes of this primer, as a “diverse set of technological tools and resources used to communicate, and to create, disseminate, store, and manage information.” These technologies include computers, the Internet, broadcasting technologies.

Even in the most advance schools, ICTs are generally not considered central to the teaching and learning process. It is important to note that to get the students use ICT in an enthusiastic way is not a value in itself, but ICT should be used as a tool to fulfill higher-level learning goals.

ICT can be compelling, but only quality of curriculum programs in which the technology is implemented makes the real difference to students’ attitudes, motivation, and performance.

"My dream my Future"

A policeman is a useful public servant. He is paid from the Government treasury. He is smart and active. He serve the public. He looks handsome in his uniform. Without him no Government can run. Our liberty depends on him. We need his help at every time.

The Policeman has to do many duties. He keeps watch over our houses at night. He controls the traffic on the cross roads. He finds out wrong doers and get them punished. He keeps peace and order in the country. He seems that law is not broken. This he does sometimes at the risk of his own life. At dead of night, when everybody is fast asleep, you can hear his whistle or sound of his footsteps. His name discourages people to quarrel among themselves. He puts check on unpleasant accidents and thefts. He compels people to follow the rules of the road.

To be a police man is my dream someday, I want to serve and protect people around me...

KANNAWIDAN YLOCOS FESTIVAL

Ilocos Sur has reach a heritage and unique culture that are to be preserved for the next generations because it is observed that many of these traditions, songs, dances and other Ilocano culture are not familiar to the younger generations.

Children of today are paying more attention to the modern and novelty dances they seen on the television than the traditional ones. There is also a need to evaluate the different products of the different municipalities and the agricultural product and livestock of the farmer and fisher folks.

They call it the KANNAWIDAN Ylocos Festival, it is also a time to commemorate the anniversary of Ilocos Sur as a Province.

My Reflection

Last Grading Period I learned many things or tags like how to apply body back ground and may more.
Ma’am Vera Cruz teaches us so many tags, like how to apply body back ground, how to apply links in that certain image or word, we do not encounter various problems because Ma’am Vera Cruz have all the patience to discuss first what we are going to do.
I have no problem with this subject because like what i said a while ago she discuss first different instruction before we go hands-on activities. In every activity Ma’am Vera Cruz gave us I always try my best to accomplish it well.

New Year, Better World

New Year, my favorite holiday, is one of the most celebrated days in the world. The day is shaped by different customs and traditions. Each culture celebrates this holiday in its own unique way.
The people start to prepare for the holiday at least one month in an advance. The preparation begins by buying presents, decorating houses, and making new costumes. Obviously the holiday would not be complete without a symbol of New Year which transcended from generation to generation.

"KEEPING IN MIND OUR MOTHER TONGUE"

Native Language is a kind of dialect speak or use of person who came from rural areas.
Here in Philippines we have so many different native languages which use as means of communication. Here in Region-I Northern Luzon Ilocos Province, we have Iloco as our very own native language, Panggalatok in Pangasinan, Kankanaey in Mountain Province as their own native language.
It is important to remember or use our own native language so that we are proud to what Province we came from. If a person is talking a dialect which is different, you know him/her already, if where he/she came from remote/rural areas of a certain place or country.
